  1. Upon activation on a position, what is the lead time till a candidate is presented?
    We will respond back with a suitable candidate with 10-15 working days upon commencing work on a position.
  2. After a candidate has been presented to a client, how long does the individual remain a candidate of HunterPoint?
    The candidate remains a candidate of HunterPoint for a period of 1 year. Should the candidate be offered for any other positions by the client, the proposed fees will be charged accordingly.
  3. Will our company’s identity be revealed when you search for the candidates?
    During our search we do not reveal your organisation’s identity, only the position and location. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed of your company’s identity.
  4. For P&C searches for replacement or succession, how do you carry out your search?
    P&C Searches are handled with the highest confidentiality. For these searches shortlisted candidates would not be informed of your company’s identity until the interviewing process is requested.
  5. If a profiled candidate currently exist in our database, does the candidate belong to HunterPoint or the Client?
    During our interview, we will check if the candidate has applied to any positions by our clients in the past year. Should there be any misunderstanding and if the candidate exist in your database, please inform usaccordingly and we will ammend it.
  6. If a candidate placed by HunterPoint resigns during the warranty period or is dismissed, what will the next line of action be?
    As long as all payments is made in full, we will find a replacement to fill the position. In the even that no suitable candidate can be found, a credit note will be issues to offset the next position that we fill.
